We work our dogs on local shoots as well as competing in agility. They are very much our much loved family pets as well. Solid liver
is a handsome dog with a small frame and fine feature. He has a very sweet nature and a grand sense of the ridiculous. He has proven himself as a fabulous peg dog. He was sitting on the peg off the lead at the age of 16 months. However, he shows no lack of enthusiasm for beating and picking up. He is hereditary clear for PRA and FN, tested clear for AMS and has a current clear eye certificate, he has also tested clear for AON and EIC. Dilly has already produced some outstanding puppies, currently all of solid colours in black, liver and gold. We also have a waiting list for puppies sired by Dilly so if you decide to use him there is no doubt all puppies will be sold.

Ejit is what is termed, in old working parlance, a bramble beater. He is a strong, intelligent, biddable dog with a massive amount of enthusiasm for everything life brings to him. He is proving useful in the field and fast on the scurry circuit. One of a litter six home bred pups hereditary clear for PRA and Fuco. Tested clear for AMS and PLA Grade 0, current BVA/KVC/ISDS Eye Scheme.
Ejit has the most wonderful temperament, he is kind and gentle and thinks he is a lap dog ‘cos he loves a cuddle.
He is now a proven stud dog; his first litter was 7 healthy and beautifully marked pups.

Simba is a proper cocker. He is small, fast, compact, biddable and kind. He loves to retrieve anything and he is never ever at all noisy, not even a whimper so would suit Gundog as well as pet / sports / working / agility future lines.
Simba is very proven never missing a litter to date and very good with maiden bitches, he also has had healthy and happy pups with a bouncy nature. He has thrown gold, lemon, chocolate as well as black to the right colours and also many have had white stripes up their faces and are extremely good looking.
Simba is health tested and has all clear health including his BVA hips, dna and an eye certificate. He is clear in all of his DNA that we have tested to date.

"Clay" is a very fit and athletic dog. He weighs 10kg so he is a small and proper cocker. He is trained to Gundog work and does not have any known eliminating faults. He has a very natural hold with a soft, yet firm carry. He swims well, jumps with confidence and hunts easily and dynamically. He has a great nose too...when asked.

Romeo is a proper cocker. He is small, confident , compact, biddable, fun and an extremely happy go lucky guy. He carries all colours, he is never ever at all noisy in work or life, not even a whimper so would suit Gundog as well as pet / agility future lines.
Romeo is very proven and we have now used him both inside and outside of our lines successfully. Romeo is very good with maiden bitches, he also has super happy puppies and many that look just like him for colour and identical markings. He has thrown black/tan, chocolate/tan, pale gold, mid gold and deep red as well as chocolate and black solids depending on the bitch he goes to.
Romeo is health tested including BVA hips, and his dna checks for PRA, FN, and AMS. He is clear in all of his DNA and tests that we have tested him for.

Ralleigh is very proven never missing a litter to date and very good with maiden bitches, he also has had some lovely healthy and happy pups with a bouncy nature. He has thrown gold, lemon, chocolate as well as Black and Tan and brown and tan to the right colours and also many have had white stripes up their faces and are extremely good looking.

THORNTON
(GLANHOWY NIMROD)
Thornton is a 5 year old KC registered WCS he enjoys perfect health and is clear of genetically inherited conditions. He's been DNA tested clear for PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) , FN (Familial Nephropathy) , AON (Adult Onset Neuropathy) by Laboklin UK and AMS (Acral Mutilation Syndrome) by Antagene, meaning he'll never pass down the mutated genes which cause these diseases. He has a current BVA/KC/ISDS Eye Certificate and PLA Grade 1. Certificates for tests provided on request. There are 39 GB Field Trial Champions in his pedigree! His father (Bishwell Barcud) has achieved FTCH status.
He has a straight and firm stance with strong muscular legs, shoulders and neck. His temperament is classic Cocker Spaniel - gentle and affectionate, but full of life, with an 'off' switch in the home. He has been Pheasant & Duck beating over the past 4 seasons working across multiple shoots in the Bristol and Gloucestershire area. He is very well regarded by guns and beaters alike. Whilst we have no intention of ‘formally’ training him as a gun dog, we have been keen to allow him the opportunity to work and he is always very focused on work. He shows no fear of heavy cover when working, works well with other dogs and has excellent recall, he has the stamina to flush for a full day without loss of energy or enthusiasm.
Thornton has achieved his Gold KC certificate for Obedience training. Up until last year, Thornton attended Dog Agility training twice a week which he performed really well at and loved.
15 healthy litters of pups to date throwing gold, red, black, black and tan, roan, black and white ticked, lemon and white ticked, orange and white ticked, Tri (blue roan & tan).
We would be more than happy for you to join us on a country walk to meet him in person prior to any mating's..
